How do I place an order with your company?

How do I place an order with your company? To place an order, simply select the items you need on our website and click the "Request a Quote" button. Our team will send you a quotation based on your selection.

If you approve the quote, payment must be made in full. Once the funds have cleared, you will be notified and can collect your items from our warehouse. How long does it take to process orders?

Orders are processed immediately after payment has been received and cleared. If you have an urgent order, please ensure payment is made promptly and feel free to reach out to us at admin@teslasolarsa.co.za for assistance.

What happens if my shipment is damaged or incomplete when a courier company has collected it on my behalf?

Once a courier company has collected a shipment on your behalf, we are no longer responsible for its condition or completeness. Any issues related to loss, damage, or missing items must be addressed directly with the courier service used. We recommend ensuring that appropriate insurance or coverage is in place with the courier to protect your shipment during transit.

How do I get pricing information or a quote?

To access pricing and request a quote, you’ll need to sign up for an account on our website. Once registered and approved, you’ll be able to view pricing and use the "Request a Quote" feature for any items you're interested in. Kindly follow the sign-up process on our website to get started. What are your payment terms and accepted payment methods?

We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and cash payments only.

Returns, Warranty & Support FAQs

What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items; however, a handling fee of 20% will be charged on all returned goods. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7days of purchase. Please note that certain items may be excluded from returns or exchanges. How do I initiate a warranty claim?

Who handles warranty—your company or the manufacturer?

We handle warranty claims for the first 12 months after purchase. After this initial period, warranty support is provided directly by the manufacturer, in accordance with their specific warranty terms.
