Ownership of these goods remains vested in the seller until paid in full.

Should payments of the purchase price not be effected on due date, the company shall be entitled to reclaim possession of the goods.

Warranty will be void if material is not installed by an improved installer, authorized by Tesla Solar SA and used according to manufacturing and distributor specifications.

Handling fee of 20% will be charged on all returned goods.

One year guarantee on all products, unless stated otherwise. Warranty is held by the Manufacturer.

A penalty fee of 2.5% per month will be added on all overdue accounts.

Price subject to availability of stock and prior sales.

All pricing contained in this quotation / proforma shall be considered confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party and in doing so, will rendered this quotation / proforma invalid.
